Types of Food Wrapping Paper
Greaseproof Paper
Dense fiber structure that naturally resists oil and grease without chemical coatings. Ideal for burgers, fried chicken, fish and chips, donuts, and pastries. Available in white or natural kraft. PFAS-free.
Wax Paper
Paper coated with food-grade paraffin or soy wax for superior moisture barrier. Non-stick surface — cheese and sticky fillings peel away cleanly. Soy wax versions are home compostable.
Kraft Paper
Economical wrapping for dry items — baguettes, sandwiches, wraps. The natural brown look communicates artisan quality. Also used as basket liners and tray covers.
Foil-Lined Paper
Kraft exterior with aluminum foil interior. Retains heat for hot sandwiches, burritos, kebabs, and gyros. The kraft side accepts custom printing while the foil side keeps food warm.
