Available Types
Single Wall Cups
The classic paper hot cup with PE or PLA interior coating. Lightweight, cost-effective, and ideal for high-volume operations. Requires a separate sleeve for hand comfort with very hot beverages. Best for: drip coffee, tea, hot chocolate in quick-service settings.
Double Wall Cups
Two layers of paperboard with an insulating air gap. No sleeve needed — comfortable to hold at full coffee temperature. Premium feel and appearance. Best for: specialty coffee shops, cafés, hotels, and brands that want a polished presentation.
Ripple Wall Cups
An outer corrugated kraft layer provides both insulation and a distinctive textured look. The ripple pattern is visually distinctive and provides excellent grip. Best for: artisan coffee brands, farmers markets, premium takeaway.

Prices are for single wall PE-coated cups at wholesale volumes (5,000+ pcs). Double wall adds approximately 40–60%. Ripple wall adds approximately 30–50%. PLA coating adds 15–25%.
Materials & Coatings
PE coating (standard): Polyethylene interior lining. The industry standard — waterproof, cost-effective, suitable for all hot beverages. Not compostable.
PLA coating (eco-friendly): Plant-based bioplastic interior lining. Certified industrially compostable (EN 13432, BPI). Ideal for markets with compostable mandates or eco-conscious branding. Use heat-resistant PLA (CPLA) for very hot beverages.
Aqueous coating (plastic-free): Water-based barrier coating — no plastic of any kind. Recyclable in paper streams AND compostable. The newest and most sustainable option, gaining rapid adoption in Europe.
Custom Printing
Every cup is a branding opportunity. Our printing options include:
Flexographic printing: 1–6 colors, the most common and cost-effective method for medium-to-large runs. Sharp, consistent results. MOQ: 5,000 cups per design.
Offset printing: Full-color, photographic quality. Best for complex designs with gradients and photo-realistic imagery. MOQ: 10,000 cups per design.
Digital printing: Full-color with no plate costs. Ideal for small runs, multiple designs, or personalized cups. MOQ: 1,000 cups per design.
We provide free artwork support — send us your logo in any format (AI, PDF, PNG, JPG) and our design team will create a print-ready mockup within 24 hours at no charge.
Matching Lids
We supply all standard lid types: flat sip lids (PS or CPLA), dome lids for whipped cream drinks, and traveler lids for on-the-go. Lids are available in white, black, or matching colors. Compostable CPLA lids available for eco-friendly cup programs.
