Yes — we offer free blank samples. For custom printed samples, we charge a small fee that is deducted from your first order.
How long does production take?
Standard orders take 15-25 days. Rush orders can be arranged in 10-15 days for an additional fee.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping cost depends on volume and destination. We offer FOB Guangzhou, CIF, and door-to-door options. We will quote shipping alongside your product price.
Can you print my logo?
Absolutely. We offer full-color custom printing on all products. Send us your logo and we will create a free digital mockup within 24 hours.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes — we ship to North America, Europe, South America, Australia, and the Middle East. Our main port is Guangzhou/Shenzhen.
What file format do you need for printing?
We prefer AI or PDF vector files. But we also accept high-resolution PNG, JPG (300dpi+). Our design team can help convert your files for free.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept T/T (bank transfer), PayPal, and Western Union. For first orders, we typically require 30% deposit with 70% balance before shipping.
